Busan Arts Center, a four-story building with a basement for total ground area of 4.752m², is equipped with a 240-seat small-sized theater, two exhibition halls, three rehearsal rooms, 12 offices for Busan Artistic Organization, outdoor venues, parking space and other amenities.

Unlike other existing cultural facilities, BAC aims to become a wide-open space for the art-loving public, art groups, amateur artists and college indie music groups, in addition to artists in Busan.
