Introduction

Haeparang-gil(trail) is a trail that allows you to explore from Oryukdo Sunrise Park’s Goseung Unification Observatory while passing 770 km, 10 sections, and 50 trails including the Coastal Walk on the East Sea, Forest Trail, Village Road, and Coastal Road. This is a starting point of HAEPARANG-GIL, where the East Sea starts at the end of the South Sea. Igidae Coastal Walk at Igidae Park features a clear view of Gwangandaegyo Bridge and Haeundae Dongbaekseom Island, as well as a pebble beach. In addition, there is a dinosaur footprint of an Ultrasaurus who lived here 65 million years ago and a natural cave you can directly explore. There is an outdoor amphitheater at the halfway point along the walking trail where you can feast your eyes on the beautiful scenery of Gwangalli and Haeundae.
A trail will lead you to a path through pine trees where you can find a way to an observatory through the guidance of Geuneul-gil that radiates with the mixed smell of ocean and pine needles. If you continue to follow the scheduled trail, you will discover the secret place of Igidae highlighting Chimabawi Rock and Nongbawi Rock and presenting a close view of Oryukdo Island.

You can find the first community park in Korea: Namcheon port where the smell and wind from the sea lead you to Suyoung River after you look around Theme Street, Gwangalli New Media Art Museum, and Gwangandaegyo Bridge on Gwangalli Beach. In order to go to the beach, you will need to embark on a journey from Namcheon Port which is not only a destination from the upper section but also a starting point of the lower section of Gwangandaegyo Bridge; then, you will need to go around the shore road in front of Samik Beach Apartments. Busan Yachting Center is also well known as the place for the opening ceremony of the Busan International Film Festival. Haeundae is very popular among tourists as it was the main filming site of 'HAEUNDAE' and features a variety of top tourist spots including Dongbaekseom Island, or when you walk past BEXCO, the Busan Municipal Museum, along with Nurimaru House, Dalmaji-gil road, and the beach.
